We are entering our 3rd year of business, perfectly positioned to take advantage of the improving economy and the ever growing shortage of healthcare professionals. We have a large national client base and currently specialize in the recruitment of allied health professionals, such as laboratory professionals, physical therapists, and pharmacists.

All of our specialty areas are poised for tremendous growth through the rest of 2010 and throughout the next several decades. To better meet our existing and potential clients’ current hiring demands, we’re looking to hire on a recruiter to expand our business into other verticals within the healthcare space.  This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join a growing recruiting firm that is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in the industry. 

Job Description:

·         Permanent placement within a defined niche in healthcare

·         National territory

·         Establish contingency contracts with hospitals and other healthcare facilities

·         Establish a sales strategy that will allow you to consistently achieve goals

·         Continuously develop pipeline of potential candidates and clients

·         Maintain and develop relationships with clients and candidates

·         Responsible for building up both the client and candidate base of a niche within the healthcare industry

Requirements/Skills:

·         Bachelors degree

·         0-10 years of sales or recruiting experience

·         Prior experience with product or consulting sales is a plus

·         Knowledge of healthcare space is preferred but not required

·         Documented track record of success

·         Experience using a recruiting database and/or an applicant tracking system

·         Superb written and verbal communication skills

·         Highly motivated to succeed

·         Positive attitude

·         Creativity and ability to think “outside-the-box”
