Alisha Dynan

Alisha has been with K.A. Recruiting since its launch in September of 2008. During her tenure at K.A., she has helped to bring in contracts with hundreds of hospitals and other healthcare organizations across the country. She has recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, and helped to build the motivated team of healthcare recruiters at K.A. Recruiting. Together with her business partner, K.A. has increased revenue year after year. Prior to joining K.A., Alisha spent five years in healthcare sales and healthcare recruiting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.

Alisha and her husband, Dan, have 2 children -- a son and a daughter -- both in elementary school. When she is not working, she spends time coaching her daughter in field hockey and watching her children play soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and flag football. Alisha also enjoys skiing at Jay Peak and Stowe in the winter, having cookouts with family and friends in her backyard, and taking vacations!
